Lib has over 13 years' experience working in workplace health and safety and has held both regional and national health and safety management roles. She is vigilant about safety systems and consistently forms relationships with clients, subcontractors, and workers on the ground to ensure they are implemented.
Lib holds a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health from Massey University (graduated with distinction) and the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. She has also completed training in risk management and incident investigation amongst other things.
Lib is a Practitioner Member of NZISM.
Lib is tech savvy, driven and is passionate about leveraging technology (old and new) to enhance safety protocols, making systems more efficient, user friendly and streamlined. She is committed to promoting a good culture of safety across organisations.

Hayden has over 18 years’ experience working with machinery and in leadership roles within the earthworks industry, Hayden brings a wealth of hands-on experience and strategic insight to his role as General Manager.
His extensive background as a contractor and leader has honed his skills in overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and driving organizational growth. Hayden’s leadership ensures that every project is executed efficiently and aligns with client’s core values

Liz has over 12 years’ experience working in the health and safety industry in New Zealand.
She is experienced in many different aspects of health and safety with particular skills in the construction sector. Post the seismic activity in Canterbury, she was involved in the earthquake strengthening and rebuild of a major heritage site; this role included developing a new health and safety management system for the project and working with four major construction companies.
Liz holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and is an affiliated member of NZISM

Liz enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors in the garden, reading a good book and enjoying a taste of whisky.

Samantha has over 15 years’ experience in construction and workplace health and safety, with a background in site management on large, high-risk projects. This gives her strong, practical, on-the-ground experience managing health and safety in complex and fast-moving environments.
She is equally comfortable working with leadership teams as she is out on site with workers and particularly enjoys being involved early in the planning of high-risk works to help identify and manage risks before work begins.
Samantha holds a BSc (Hons) in Construction Project Management and a NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health, and is currently working towards the New Zealand Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. She has also completed a wide range of industry training, including work at heights, EWP operation, scaffolding, accident and incident investigation, and asbestos awareness.

Hannah has over 10 years’ experience in workplace health and safety and quality assurance, holding both advisory and manager level roles.
She holds a Bachelor of Science and a NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (achieved with distinction). She has also completed training in risk management, incident investigation, human resources, and leadership development amongst other things. Hannah is a Practitioner member of NZISM.
Hannah’s passion lies in developing relationships and working with organisations and their people to develop their values, attitudes, and behaviours. She also enjoys developing H&S management systems and working alongside businesses to implement them, ensuring a positive experience from the board table to the ground floor.

Emily has over 12 years’ experience in the construction sector, with a background focused on project coordination, document control, and operational systems.
Her experience centres on the coordination of project information and operational systems, supporting structured document workflows and well-organised delivery environments across project teams.
Alongside her role with Imprint Safety, Emily is also involved in the operations of a small contracting business within the civil and earthworks sector, giving her current, practical insight into contractor-side systems and administrative realities.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys hands-on processes that involve working with raw materials and seeing ideas through from start to finish.

Lajanne has over 10 years' experience working in workplace health and safety and within management roles. Her passion is systems and processes, as a serving member of to Royal New Zealand Navy for 7 years her discipline and work ethic are next to none, Lajanne loves a good challenge.
She has completed business management certification, workplace health and safety, incident investigation, leadership.

Aimee has over 23 years’ experience working in education, including time spent in advisory roles supporting people to understand systems and apply them confidently in real-world settings. She brings a people-first, practical approach to health and safety, grounded in guidance, training, and day-to-day support rather than theory alone.
Aimee has developed a strong understanding of trade and site-based environments through hands-on exposure across a range of settings, giving her confidence in understanding site risks and applying practical safety controls.

Aimee has been working with Imprint Safety in an assistant capacity and is now transitioning into a Health & Safety Consultant – Trainee role. In this role, she supports consulting activities through administration, coordination, and site-based inspections and assisting with system development, while continuing to build her technical capability through mentoring and practical experience.
Outside of work, Aimee is a busy mum of two who enjoys staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
